Dr. John M Hill MD is a board certified physician in family medicine and specializes also in sports medicine. Dr. Hill graduated from Deltona High School and from Ross University School of Medicine April 30, 2002. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Cardiopulmonary Medicine from the University of Central Florida, and an Associates of Science degree from Daytona Beach Community College in Respiratory Care Technology. He is married with two children. Dr. Hill is very active in the community with his church and high school sports, as well as with the soccer and baseball teams at Stetson University.
Jennifer is originally from Central Florida and a true Floridian. She obtained her Associates degree at Seminole State, Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Central Florida (GO KNIGHTS...CHARGE ON!!) and her Master's at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her background is in the ICU at the hospital and has experience in out-patient vein care, Urgent Care and Family medicine. Jennifer is married with 2 children and is active in Little League Baseball. Jennifer enjoys deep sea fishing, lobstering and snorkeling with her family. Jennifer has a passion to care for her patients with effective communication and listening to their needs, while educating on disease process, treatment plans and discussing their options in order to implement a care plan that best fits their accessibility, physical and mental health needs.
Michelle Tutt is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born in Louisiana and moved to Central Florida with her family when she was 10. Michelle obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing from North Georgia College State University and she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing through University of Central Florida. Michelle has been a nurse for 15 years and has a background in Emergency Medicine as well as Labor and Delivery. She earned her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner through South University at the Orlando campus. She has been married for 20 years to her wonderful husband and has 2 children. When she isn't caring for patients, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, as well as spending time at the beach. Michelle is looking forward to getting to know her patients and making a difference in her community.
Chelsey Lossen is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida and recently moved to Palm Coast with her dog, Gideon. Chelsey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University. Chelsey has been practicing nursing for 5 years and is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner since graduating South University Master’s Program. Chelsey has worked in many areas of medicine: Cardiology, Emergency, Family and Urgent Care. Chelsey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and helping out at her local church. Chelsey has a passion for patient care and making a difference in her community. Chesley believes in developing strong relationships, in order to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patients specific needs.
